ALL IN THE FAMILY: All findings in my shop are either made by myself, my mother-in-law or my husband. This is an "All in the Family" operation!

SOLD-OUT: If there is an item or items that you want, that are currently sold out, let me know! I can get them in-stock for you quickly!

GOLD BRONZE: The gold bronze I sell in my shop is SOLID gold bronze. It is NOT plated and the gold cannot wear off. Gold bronze does tarnish and if that happens, just wipe it with a cleaning cloth and it will shine right up.

SIZING INFORMATION: If you scroll down in the "Description" section of each listing, you will find the sizing information for that item. In this section, you will find length, width, thickness, ID, etc. to have a clear idea of the size of the finding you will be purchasing. This information can be very helpful when purchasing findings.

INSURANCE: I cannot refund or replace packages that are lost with the US Postal Service. If you are concerned about this happening, I strongly recommend purchasing insurance for your order....particularly on high value orders.

I have opened this shop, VDIJewelryFindings, to share with you, the designer, some of the components used in my jewelry designs.

When creating my findings, I initially carve each piece by hand out of wax. Then using the lost wax technique, I have a local caster mold, cast, oxidize and tumble my pieces. I have been working with my wonderful caster for over 15 years now and he is an irreplaceable part of my business.

A nice benefit to my shop, is that when it comes to my signature pieces, I have used almost all of the findings in finished pieces of jewelry. If needed, I can give you insight as to why a piece works well, how to perhaps use it, and examples of how I incorporated the finding into my finished jewelry.

My findings shop is an "all-in-the-family" kind of operation. I carry 3 designers jewelry findings in my shop.....my own, my mother-in-law's (Pam Springall) and my husband's (Shreve Saville). We all have totally different styles and looks when it comes to jewelry components and I believe the combination makes for a very eclectic collection.
